1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All eligible Hostinger hosting plans (Shared, Cloud, WordPress, Business) come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied — no questions asked.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not refundable as per Hostinger's policy:
- Domain name registration and renewal fees
- Domain privacy protection
- SSL certificates (paid)
- Dedicated IP addresses
- VPS hosting after 30 days
- Payments via cryptocurrency, e-wallets or local payment methods that don't support refunds
- Renewals (only the initial purchase qualifies)
3. How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your Hostinger account at hostinger.com.
- Open the live chat or submit a ticket to Hostinger Customer Success.
- State that you want a refund under the 30-day money-back guarantee. Provide your order number.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Globalaffixpro Business Solution's Role
We can assist by guiding you through the refund process and contacting Hostinger on your behalf. However, the final refund decision is made by Hostinger. Affiliate commissions earned on refunded purchases are automatically reversed.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Hostinger account → Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund past payments outside the 30-day window.
